Meet Fishwife's newest Smoked Salmon! Tender, juicy, smoky, and their butteriest salmon yet. This thoughtfully cut smoked salmon filet is perfect for stirring into pastas, piling onto toast, tossing into salads, or eating straight from the tin. If you’re familiar with their original Smoked Salmon, now called Gold Label Smoked Salmon, this version has a slightly lighter smoke, less sweetness, and is packed in Spanish olive oil.
Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood at a smokehouse in the German countryside. Hand-packed at a Danish microcannery a couple hours outside of Copenhagen. Raised in cold, clean Nordic waters, resulting in a lighter pink, tender, flaky fillet with a soft, buttery texture and gentle caramelization. Packed in Spanish olive oil.
