Elegant, refreshing, and thoughtfully crafted, Domaine EdeM Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé is a refined 0% expression designed to capture the essence of traditional sparkling rosé without alcohol. Created under the Catena Institute of Wine’s Domaine EdeM project, this alcohol-free sparkling wine delivers finesse, freshness, and structure in a beautifully balanced format.
Produced as part of the Domaine EdeM “Elena de Mendoza” project, this sparkling rosé is made from carefully selected Spanish grapes. The wine is first vinified traditionally, then gently dealcoholized using a low-impact method designed to preserve aroma, texture, and varietal character.
After alcohol removal, the wine is lightly carbonated to create a fine, persistent sparkle. The result is a clean, expressive non-alcoholic sparkling wine that maintains a true wine-like structure rather than a simple fruit beverage.
Nose: Fresh red berries, rose petals, citrus zest, and light floral undertones.
Palate: Crisp and refreshing with notes of strawberry, pear, and citrus, balanced by gentle acidity and subtle sweetness.
Finish: Clean, light, and dry with lingering fruit freshness and soft floral echoes.
